The Weekly LitMag (Issue #12)
Curated by me; produced by all of you!
Hello hello!
How is everybody doing? We are approaching the middle of May, and we’re exhausted.
Work and university have been pretty tough, but I mean, we still got to shoulder on!
Anyways, please give our new contributors a warm welcome to The Weekly LitMag. This is a platform where we publish voices across Substack. Although, we think that lately there have been a lot of ‘litmags’ sprouting here. We just hope that TWLM continues to be the choice of your works!
Here at TWLM, we only care that your voice shines in your works.
Some housekeeping stuff:
To follow, subscribe to, or read other contributors, please go to “Contributors’ Notes” (CN) and “Shortlisted” and CLICK ON THEIR NAMES, not their handles
For some pieces, there are only excerpts from the original piece - please click on the author names (in the CN) to read the full story
We’ve only included the crux of your works, so if you have any particular intros, we’ve removed them just for readability reasons - so sorry!
If we’ve missed out on anything, please let us know! <3
Without further ado, please:
Please give a warm welcome to our Issue #12 contributors:
Ainhoa Talampas , Amin , Andrea (Andy) Curran 🌄 , Avasa , DYKWCHGT? , Jennifer Heinen , Laura B , MeanwhileYesterday , POP CULTURE ARCHIVES , Rim , s.k sterliing , Sennett Shi , When I Come Up for Air 🐳 , سَلْمَى
Thank you very much for sharing and trusting us with your works!
A Banana’s Archive is currently bogged down by university, so she is out of commission for this week - but I think she’ll be back next week.
Also, please take some of your free time to also read works from our shortlisted contributors. The writing community can be overly critical at some times, and that is something we would like to avoid here on TWLM. So, please support these writers by following them or dropping a like on their posts!
Aditi Dhapola , Cillian O'Reilly , Doug Hanau , Khushboo 🌸 , Lee A Matthias , Pragya Johri , Ricky Champagne , Vara Valen , Y.R. Abisi
With that said, that is the end of today’s issue! If you liked this issue, please share, restack and repost this to your own communities so that we continue to keep this litmag alive!
Submissions for Issue #13 open soon (with a surprise theme)!
Byeee!

Thank you so much for this opportunity 🙏
Loved this! 💜
